Orders are processed same day whereas delivery of orders can take up to 15 days.

Returns

If you are not happy with the product, receive it in damaged condition or receive a different product, You can apply for a full refund or return of Your Order within 14 days of receiving without giving any reason for doing so.

For this, first you will have to apply for a refund or replacement by sending us an email at sales@jeweljaunt.com with the order number. Once confirmed, you will have to send us the product at the following address:

Don’t worry, we will cover the shipping cost if you are sending it from within the U.S. All you will have to do is to send us the receipt of the bill.

Once we receive the product in its original condition, you will be given the full refund within 3 days and the shipping cost.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order within 1 day of ordering it. This will not cost any money to you and a full refund will be issued within 3 days. If this time passes, you will have to wait until you receive the product and then apply for a return.
